Our Summer...in picture form

Our summer kicked off with Quinton's first birthday! Still can't believe that it's possible that our little guy is a Year old! He is walking everywhere and is into everything. He also LOVES doing whatever his big brother and sister do; this is both cute to watch but a future problem in the making. Another eventful memory of this summer was Quin finally got tubes! I'm sure yo can probably tell the pictures from that day. He is the most joyful baby and the other four of us in the family, can't wait to greet him whenever we leave him for a short time. He is gaining a personality that we have all fallen in love with! Here are some pictures of his party and some pictures of Quinton from this summer.
Alexa is doing really well. She has her days where she is still very much frustrated and irritated but for the most part, she is a very sweet little girl. She still carries that stigma of a princess/diva but she is quite the comedian as she does her best to make us laugh. She does this naturally as well through her engaging facial expressions and serious conversations that we often laugh at because she is maturing before our eyes. She and Landon, though they fight most often, are really good buddies. They spent a night apart from one another and it didn't go so well because they each were asking for the other. They are so used to sleeping together in the same room, it's un-natural for them to be seperated. It's a bond that I'm glad they have that I will NEVER take for granted. They will grow up supporting each other and loving each other unconditionally...I pray for that anyway:) Here are some pictures of Alexa from this summer.
Landon has spent the summer both at home and being involved with some summer clubs at school. He has really enjoyed the clubs that had him experiencing almost every sport available as well as some science clubs where he invented, created and explored some pretty cool stuff; rockets, goupy gak, rocks, football, tennis, soccer and basketball. I tell ya, there is nothing like having this smiley, silly, unpredictable fella in our family. He throws us many a curve ball almost weekly, but this family just wouldn't be the same without Landon. He warms my heart and I will never take for granted the fact that he is the one that made me a parent in the first place. I just simply can't believe that he will start Kindergarten on the 14th of August! Such a huge milestone and one that we are ready for...and when I say we, that does not include Landon. He is feeling pretty nervous and we know that we have a road ahead of us that will take LOTS of patience. Landon does not do well with change and this is going to be a big change in his little life. We are prepared for the worst, but he may just surprise us. Here are some pictures of Landon from this summer!
We had many zoo visiting, bike riding, guitar playing, park climbing, friend gathering, ice cream eating fun!
